Order Alterations: Once your custom order has been placed, it cannot be altered. This includes changes to size, style, color, or any other specifications. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure accuracy.

Pricing: Once your order has been placed, the price is locked in and will not be affected by any future pricing changes.

Production Time: Custom leather boots are handcrafted and made-to-order. As a result, production times may vary depending on the complexity of your order and current demand, we normally stipulate a production time of 28 working days. 

Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our custom leather boots. However, as each pair is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and stitching may occur. These variations are inherent to the craftsmanship and add to the uniqueness of your custom boots.

Cancellation Policy: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you are committed to purchasing the custom leather boots as specified.

Shipping and Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues encountered during shipping.
